I have moved from Portugal and no longer have access to my portuguese mobile number so cannot log in. We had to go to ANACOM to get our account closed.

I have received another bill today from Vodafone (Faturação Vodafone de 23-07-2026 a 22-08-2026 - Conta: *********) Can you please explain. We really want our accounts to be closed and to stop being harassed by Vodafone.
