Speed rate increase.

Hi, I have an active contract for fix internet service 30/3 (down/up).

And I try to find way to update my internet speed.

I've checked the app and website, but it looks like there's no way for us to do this without calling support.

Did I understand correctly? This is very strange for me. the operation is as simple as possible.

To change your internet speed, you will need to change your plan. To do so, it is necessary to call 16911 or 911 691 100 (available between 10am and midnight). The call is free with option 1 and 2.
