&lt;P&gt;- Desligar e voltar a ligar o equipamento, se permitir retirar e voltar a colocar a bateria.&lt;BR /&gt;- Limpar o cache da internet, cookies e histórico&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Verificar que o equipamento não está ligado a nenhuma rede WiFi.&lt;BR /&gt;-Configurações da APN NET2/WAP estão corretas (poderá verificar seguindo as instruções dos &lt;A href="https://manuaisonline.vodafone.pt/" target="_blank"&gt;manuais online&lt;/A&gt;, selecionando a marca e modelo do seu telemóvel, clicando em "Conectividade" e depois em &amp;nbsp;"Configure o telefone para Internet").&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Caso a dificuldade persista, pedimos, por favor, que nos envie mensagem privada com os seus dados de cliente.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Para enviar mensagem privada, clique num dos moderadores (são os utilizadores identificados com "nome_Vodafone") e escolha "Enviar uma mensagem privada".&lt;/P&gt;
