    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled both Amazon Prime and HBO Max through the Vodafone TV Box. I have not received any email confirming cancellation, in the TV box it confirms HBO cancelled and Amazon Prime is "Processamento".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any email or other confirmation I receive that subscriptions have been cancelled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
