      <description>&lt;P&gt;Marquei mal o pin 3 vezes e não sei o puk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No my vodafone não&amp;nbsp;consigo ver os dados já que não posso ativar a minha conta (enviam um sms, mas meu cartão está bloqueado).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Como puderei resolver esta situação?&lt;BR /&gt;Atenciosamente,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sofia&lt;/P&gt;</description>
