      <title>Avaria redmi9T</title>

      <description>Boa tarde,&lt;BR /&gt;Comprei um redmi9T no dia 09/01 na loja da Vodafone em Penafiel. No dia 25/01 o telemóvel deixou de dar o ecrã (aparecia tudo escuro). O telemóvel recebia chamadas mas não dava para atender porque o ecrã estava preto. No dia 27/01 dirigi-me a vossa loja em Penafiel para compor o telemóvel. Passado cerca de uma semana e meia recebo uma chamada para fazer levantamento do equipamento. Quando chego a loja, a senhora diz que o telemóvel não dava para reparar porque tinha uma "pintinha" de humidade e por isso não podiam reparar o equipamento.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sou cliente da Vodafone há cerca de 10 anos e estava a espera que a Vodafone resolvesse o problema uma vez que o telemóvel nem 15 dias tem. Alegaram, sem causa, que a culpa era minha. Após este incidente estou a ponderar em deixar de vez os meus equipamentos a esta operadora. Quando precisamos que nos ajude ainda dizem que a culpa é nossa.&lt;BR /&gt;Gostava de uma resposta por parte da Vodafone.</description>
