I wanted to ask for an upgrade of my TV box and the Wifi router, how can I do this request?

We're here to assist you.

To upgrade the Router and TV Box, you will need to subscribe to a package that includes the equipments you desire.

Changing the TV box is free if you opt for self-installation with courier delivery.

The router, on the other hand, has to be installed by a technician, and the cost of the intervention (which includes changing the TV Box) is €27.
