      <description>Recebi um e-mail da parte do apoio ao cliente do canal Disney+ a informar que a minha forma de pagamento da mensalidade foi interrompida. Tenho esse canal agregado ao meu pacote durante 24 meses, logo não percebo o que aconteceu. O que devo fazer?</description>
