      <description>&lt;P&gt;Após o contacto a situação mantem-se.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aguardo ajuda novamente, e ser contactado por alguém do departamento de engenharia, e não por uma funcionária que não fez mais do que pedir para alterar o nome do ssid e password e reiniciar o router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Infelizmente eu como ainda sou boa pessoa atendi ao pedido da funcionária alegando que o problema não vinha daí, mas enfim...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

E pelos vistos não sou o único com este problema.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aguardo solução, se o problema está na configuração do router, então não é um problema meu mas sim da vossa parte.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Em relação às portas abertas sem o meu consentimento, só tenho a referir que a minha segurança está posta em causa e em que não tolero de todo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

E continuo à espera de uma resposta às portas abertas sem o meu consentimento e que colocam em causa a minha segurança. Já agora à 1ª pergunta demorou cerca de 1 mês a ser resolvida e não foi com telefonemas.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bom dia,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Após contacto com o gabinete de apoio técnico, o assistente assumiu que várias portas abertas estavam já pré-definidas pelo router e a única solução seria a troca pelo ONT+Router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Este router de facto é um atentado à segurança de toda a minha rede e gostaria que fosse alterado o mais rápido possível.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
