Email apoio a clientes doesn't work

Hi,

I am overseas and need to contact apoio a cliente, on the phone, they say someone will call me back, but the roaming charges are so expensive, so they say use the link to email them: https://www.vodafone.pt/ajuda/contactos/formulario.html

I have tried at least 100 times and everytime it says that there is an error and to try again later, it is impossible. I have cleared cache, cookies, history, incognito, different browsers, different devices - it is impossible to contact vodafone via email and will cost me hundreds of euros if they call me - I need to close my account with vodafone - please help!
