My phone was stolen in Naples, Italy and I urgently need help from Vodafone Portugal.
I cannot block my eSIM because:
I am outside Portugal
The support number does not work from Italy
The call is in Portuguese and I don’t understand
WhatsApp support sends an OTP to my number, but I don’t have access to my number
Email support also requires an SMS code to my Vodafone number, which I cannot receive
I am worried because my eSIM is still active on the stolen phone.
I need Vodafone to urgently BLOCK/SUSPEND my eSIM and issue a NEW eSIM for me.
Please help me. I can provide my identification document and any details needed.
I just need someone to deactivate my eSIM immediately.
