How to return Wi-Fi equipment?

We have scheduled a pickup time but it's possible that we may not be at home... It's a bit late to reschedule. What other ways can we return the equipment? We're in Belem area of Lisbon.

We can, however, create another appointment for a different day and time slot so that the courier can collect from your address.
