      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken on the telphone to Vodafone about renewing my contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;They have emailed me confirmation of the renewal and price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked them to send by email the contract, same as one year ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now they want me to call 16911 to confirm everything.&amp;nbsp; Why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I speak English - I cannot understand the fast phone messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I get someone, they do not speak English and I must call again and again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spend hours and hours trying this - how can I confirm my renewal in an easier way?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much!&amp;nbsp; Nice day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
