Hello,

I have just had 100mbps Voice/Net fibre installed.

They gave me the router HG8247q - this is I believe 1.0?

(is the 2.0 smart router - HG2847W)?

I would also want the user manual for this router - nothing was left with me.

** As well, I can no longer access or log in to MY VODAFONE....it will not recognise my email but I was registered? If I send a sms to 1551 it says 'service not available' (also no email I get back).
