My current subscription is ending in May 2025 ( Vodafone installed Pacote fibra3 Play on 17 may 2023 in my house).

I'm thinking about getting "fibra4 Infinity Family", Can I order it online and automatically replace my old subscription or I need to call Vodafone?

My current subscription has "VBoxPro 4K device", the fibra4 Infinity Family has "Box TV PLAY", Do I need to send back the VBoxPro and Vodafone sends me Box TV PLAY device?

Also I had HBO MAX + Amazon Prime 24 months, now I only get to choose one of those services?
