https://forum.vodafone.pt/t5/Pacotes/10-days-of-installation-and-no-internet-connection/m-p/427221#M5016 We just moved to Lisbon and chose vodafone with 2 sim cards, tv and internet.<BR />It took 10 days for vodafone to install everything because of an error in the black fiber box.<BR />Yesterday, everything was ok and all set up after 5 hours of normal connection, suddenly it broke down and I have no connection since then (24 hours)<BR />The phone line is all in Portuguese, tried to send an e-mail but nothing happens.<BR />I decided to go to a Vodafone store, the staff there said he wrote an e-mail and someone will contact me and I should wait at home.<BR />After 10 hours at home no one is calling, is it some kind of joke from Vodafone?<BR />I am working from home and I need connection asap.
