    <description>We just moved to Lisbon and chose vodafone with 2 sim cards, tv and internet.&lt;BR /&gt;It took 10 days for vodafone to install everything because of an error in the black fiber box.&lt;BR /&gt;Yesterday, everything was ok and all set up after 5 hours of normal connection, suddenly it broke down and I have no connection since then (24 hours)&lt;BR /&gt;The phone line is all in Portuguese, tried to send an e-mail but nothing happens.&lt;BR /&gt;I decided to go to a Vodafone store, the staff there said he wrote an e-mail and someone will contact me and I should wait at home.&lt;BR /&gt;After 10 hours at home no one is calling, is it some kind of joke from Vodafone?&lt;BR /&gt;I am working from home and I need connection asap.</description>
