O cancelamento da subscrição Prime, desde que a mesma tenha sido efetuada através da App Ativar Prime, pode ser efetuado ao selecionar a opção "Menu" no comando da TV e acedendo à&amp;nbsp;App Prime Video.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;E clicando no botão "Cancelar Subscrição".&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Obrigado&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Boa Tarde,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Como para cancelar subcrição de Amazon Prime?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Já tentei&amp;nbsp; muitas vezes atraves de &lt;A href="http://offer.vodafone.com/pt" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://offer.vodafone.com/pt&lt;/A&gt; e&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="http://vfpt.pt/amazon" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://vfpt.pt/amazon&lt;/A&gt; mas so aparrecer messagem 'A server error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again from the beginning.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E quando tentei antraver de Amazon disse que '&lt;SPAN&gt;A sua subscrição ao Prime é ativada através da Vodafone. Para quaisquer questões de faturação de subscrição, contacte a Vodafone' &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Também tentei procuran o app atraves de TVBox mas não consigo.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="VIiyi"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b"&gt;Pode me ajudar a resolver este problema?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cumprimetos,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-donni-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
