Can't make international calls

Hello,

I'm a Vodafone customer. Using plan Red Infinity.
I have a pretty strange issue.
For some reason, I can't make international calls from my Google Pixel 6a.
My Vodafone plan allows making such calls, but in reality I can't make it.
Calls inside EU are fine.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
