SIM Card still valid?

Hello

I bought a Vodafone Go (pré-pago) on November 2018 which credit expired the same month.

The credit of the card hasn’t been reloaded since then and the card has not been used neither.

8 months later, is the SIM card still valid? Can I simply reload the credit of the card to make it work again or do I need to buy another one?

After the mobile broadband service is disabled, it can be recovered within 90 days. In order for us to verify, please tell us privately the number and original PIN.

Well, now I'm facing a problem.

When I try to charge my card with paypal on this page, it doesn't work.

The paypal window pops-up, I then click the button to validate the 15€ transaction, the windows closes after that and I’m redirected to the same initial page without indication that the transaction succeeded.
When I check my paypal transaction history, the payment isn't listed.

I'm doing something wrong???

Please tell us by private message which number you refer to. However, for Paypal uploads the service must be activated for at least 3 months.
