I purchased a Vodafone You sim online and picked it up at the Lisbon airport on 17/12/21. It's supposed to come with 4 weeks of free service and bonus data:

"Inclui 4 semanas de:
5 GB de internet
500 Minutos ou SMS para todas as redes
Chat Pass (Apps de chat sem gastar dados)
+ 2 Bónus de carregamento de 5GB.

Após as primeiras 4 semanas, serão debitados €10 a cada 2 semanas."

I don't see any indication that the promotion is active and when I access my account through the app, it shows that I will be billed in 2 weeks, not 4. How can I ensure that the promotion is active?
