Please can someone tell me where to find my invoices online. The documents I can find are not accepted by my Accountant as true invoices. This is becoming urgent.

On the app? What about on desktop? I am really struggling to find the correct document to send to my accountant. The ones I've found they say no. There is not one that says Facura? Thanks

Hello @NeilC,

Invoice documents are available in both the app and the desktop version.

In billing you have the options for invoices and the icon to download.

then they download into a zip file with 2 documents? My accountant does not recognise those as an invoice?

on the document that downloads as far as I can see, it actually says that document is not a factura. I am sure I must be looking in the wrong place but I cannot find anywhrere else to check. Is there a screen shot help I can access anywhere?

Invoices can be downloaded via the ZIP file, with the two PDF files with the invoice, the first page, and the details of the communications on the second page.
