      <title>Sem serviço/rede - "Só emergência"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Estou na Bulgária sem serviço/rede da vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Já reiniciei o telemóvel, já fiz a procura da rede manual (não aparece nenhuma rede parceira da Vodafone - Vivatel, Globul ou Mobitel - de acordo com os assistentes que falei) ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Já removi o cartão e voltei a inserir e já falei com vários assistentes por chat e ninguém conseguiu resolver. Tenho saldo para 3 carregamentos e sempre carreguei com antecedência (antes do dia&amp;nbsp; limite)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alguma solução? Antes de cancelar o serviço em definitivo?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
