Wifi Stopped Working

Our wifi stopped working. How do we check the data consumption? We don't have the app on our phones, we just use the hotspot. We've tried to find it here on the website, but it's not at all user-friendly.

This will be the second problem we've had where we've had to go to one of the stores. Really not a great experience so far.

Hoping someone can help us here.
