      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bom dia, estou sem 3g ou 4g pela segunda vez no espaço de meses, quando não tenho saldo e não me conseguem debitar o dinheiro, cortam a rede, regularizei de imediato, mas não voltam a dar o acesso ao 3g/4g.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
