Plan is not charging, services is not working

Hello, my balance is 10.5 euro, but I haven't been charged for the next 2 weeks and my services are suspended.
I was calling to support, they said to reboot the phone, but it didn't helped.
Support in chat is just dropping the dialogue.
Please help and reactivate my plan.
