    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a vodafone package that includes mobile, I lost my sim while travelling and I needed to get a new sim. I went to a vodafone store here in Lisboa and got a sim, I was told to call this number - 800910048, but it apparently only works from portuguese mobile numbers so I have no way of calling it - I have a landline also through vodafone but if I call that number it just disconnects immediately. It will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have no way to activate my sim card, which is extremely annoying. I tried going back to the store to see if they could help me activate it but they refused to help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone could help me out with this, please let me know what I should do. &lt;P&gt;To make the swap, you must always contact the IVR 800910048.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When you call 800910048, you will be instructed to make the exchange at IVR.&lt;BR /&gt; You can call from the number you want to make the change to or from another mobile number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;IVR is not available in Roaming. &lt;BR /&gt;We suggest that you ask a family member or friend to help with the process. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;
