No internet, while showing 5G or 4G

I have iPhone 15 Pro. Whenever I move out of wifi zone, the phone shows 4g/5g but it is not working, need to either restart the phone or turn off/on mobile service.

It works for some time then but as I move around to another cell tower, the same problem- shows 4g/5g but its not working.

Please help

To resolve the issue, we first recommend that you visit your nearest Vodafone shop to have your device and SIM card tested. For a more technical analysis of the situation, it is advisable to go to one of the shops with a Technical Assistance service available.

If you are not in a locality with a Technical Assistance service or cannot travel to one of our shops, we also offer a Postal Technical Assistance service. This service is free of charge and can be activated at CTT post offices. The repaired equipment will be delivered to the address you specify.
