tópico Using Duo Multi-SIM + E-SIM on non-Apple/Samsung smartwatches na Rede e Cobertura

Considering the unusually limited number of devices that can activate the OneNumber service provided by Vodafone Portugal, I'd like to ask about the possibility of using the Duo Multi-SIM service for my smartwatch (which in other countries I've lived in uses Vodafone's OneNumber) and smartphone, activating the E-SIM on the smartwatch. If this is possible, how should I go about using the same number on both devices?

Hi @Curodin,

Thanks for your contact.

While we don't recommend using the Esim cards on devices that are not phones, since we can't guarantee it would work correctly, that possibility could technically work, as long as your smartwatch is able to recognize our eSim cards and you're able to correctly set it up. But we must remind you that the Duo Multi-SIM solution only works with one equipment on at a time, so everytime you want to use your watch, you would have to turn off your phone, and everytime you want to use your phone, you would have to turn off your smartwatch.

Thanks,
