Hi,

I used vodafone as username and password but I have a message saying that credentials are incorrect.

I never tried to connect or changed password on this router since he was installed in July...

The credentials we provide are the ones defined by Vodafone and then the Customer can change.

If this is not possible, we advise you to contact 16913 - Technical Support.
