I am having a terrible problem with Vodafone. This week, I was in Germany and bought a 30GB Vodafone SIM card from an official store. Yesterday, I came to Poland and, when I turned on mobile data roaming, the SIM card blocked and is asking for the PIN code. The thing is, I no longer have this PIN code because I threw away the card that contained the SIM card. Now I am in a country where everyone is a stranger and I have no internet. I would like to solve this problem.

If you If you bought a German card, you need to contact them for support.

Você teria algum e-mail de contato ? No site alemão não há qualquer e-mail para contato para suporte. O atendente IA é inútil e eu não tenho um SIM card funcionando para ligar para o número de suporte, que parece ser a única forma pública de contato que eles disponibilizam.

Embora a Vodafone Portugal e a Vodafone Alemanha, sejam empresas do mesmo grupo empresarial, são operadoras de telecomunicações distintas.

Nesse sentido, não conseguimos ajudar por esta via e será mesmo necessário o contacto com a Vodafone Alemanha.
