Reativar cartão SIM

Good morning,

I have a Yorn SIM card that I haven't used for a few months. The last top-up was made on March 30, 2026, through the ActivoBank app.

I currently live outside of Portugal and tried to make a new shipment, but the operation was not completed successfully.

I also tried contacting customer support through TOBi, but I was unable to resolve the issue.

I would like to know if my number can still be reactivated so that I can start making top-ups and using it again.
