      <title>TARIFA DE INTERNET EXTRA NAO SOLICITADO</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;bom dia,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;na sexta-feira passada-16-11- foi me ativada uma tarifa de internet extra valido por 5 dias sem eu ter solicitado nada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;segundo info mais recente, os serviços de internet disponiveis no tarifario, depois de ultrapassados sao bloqueados....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mensagem vossa a 06-09-2018:"...a partir de 18-09,sempre que tiveres esgotado o pacote de dados incluido no teu tarifario ou na tarifa de interne extra, o acesso as APPs gratuitas sera automaticvamente bloqueado.poderas voltar a acederquando tiveres dados disponiveis nopacote incluido no teu tarifario ou na tarifa de internet extra..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hoje volto a receber notificaçao que me vao retirar mais 1.99€ de internet extra de novo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eu nunca solicitei nada e confesso que começo a ficar farta destas vossas manias de atribuir serviços quando o cliente nao pede.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eu quero a devoluçao do valor, tanto do retirado na sexta, como hoje. porque se eu quisesse mais internet eu teria um tarifario com mais internet, se eu nao tenho é porque nao quero e se fico sem internet o vosso dever é bloquear acesso e ponto final.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hoje nem sequer acedi à internet para ativar o que quer que seja!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;aguardo restituiçao do valor, caso contrario faço imediatamente cancelamento do cartao bem como todos os outros serviços dos quais sou cliente.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;obg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
