Hello, I order a yorn sim and I can't activate it. I submitted a request from website and answer is all time negative, I'm from Romania and I work in Portugal also I'm under 25 years old.

If you are a foreign Client and therefore do not have a Portuguese Citizen Card, you can send e-mail through the Vodafone website with the Scan of the identification document with date of birth and / or student card / student proof (if you are a student) or go to a Vodafone store.
