I opened yorn sim last week and paid 5euro.

It's due date and I have to pay, but vodafone says ‘this service can't top up with credit card. ‘
I am a traveler and I am unable to visit Vodafone, Portugal right now. I’m in Germany now. I can't use this SIM if I can't top it up with a credit card, and that's a huge problem. Can you help me to top up with my credit card?

Payments via paypal or credit card on the My Vodafone App will only be possible if the number has been active for more than 3 months.

If this requirement is not met, payment must be made through a Vodafone Store or Payshop agents. If you have a Portuguese bank account, payment can also be made by ATM or homebanking.

Thanks for the quick reply. It's only been a week since my number was opened, so I don't think I can recharge it with the Vodafone app. Is it possible to charge in stores other than Vodafone stores in Portugal? Germany, for example. I’m a traveller so i cant visit Vodafone portugal… If it is impossible , I can't pay for yorn and cant use this sim and this is a big problem for me. If I don't have a SIM card, I can't continue the trip anymore. Could it be possible for you to take measures to allow payment by credit card? I'm really in a hurry. thank you

In the case of a Yorn or Vodafone Portugal tariff, payment will only be possible in stores in Portugal.
