Switching to Vodafone Yorn without CC?

I went to a Vodafone store hoping to set up a Yorn X card, but they only had Vodafone You. I would like to switch to Yorn X 5GB plan, but my problem is that while I live in Portugal, I am not Portuguese and do not have a citizenship card. I have a passport, however. How can I switch over?
