5,30 instead of 2,95 Yorn Z

I am a foreign student and got a Yorn Z SIM card fom my university, where I can see discounted prices for all plans. I am a new customer and activated Yorn Z 20GB plan last week which was supposed to be 2,95 a week but now I have to pay 5,30 anyway (this amount was already taken from my pre-paid amount). There are no answers and no possibility to communicate in English through Vodafone line and employees at the store couldn’t help me. What should I do to get the discount? Looking for an answer here I saw I should contact moderators but there’s no possibility to do that.

Can you tell me how to do that because i always recharge my sim and it always charge me for 5.30 euros
