I too, need to cancel service. We are moving toan area not served by vodaphone. I cannot find a place on the website to cancel service. Thanks for any help you an provide.
Unfortunately, I don't know the phone number or the PIN. We only used the wired phone once or twice. If I ever had a PIN I don't remember it. Can I send you my Fiscal number for identification of our account?
How do I send a private message? I just sent the NIF to the return address from a Forum notice email sent to me earlier. Is that sufficient? We will be moving from our apartment on September 30 to an area not serviced by Vodafone and need to get service cancelled and equipment removed.
