Another Month another wrong account

I cannot believe that for the last 10
Months my account has been incorrect! I would request an urgent call to me tomorrow to sort this mess out... should be €16 a month and being charged €26 every month despite calling and holding on line for at leat 40 mins each time. I am very unhappy and would like someone to call me tomorrow
