I tried to log into at the top:

 

"Entrar no My Vodafone"

 

I entered my cellphone number and password, but the form does not react in any way. It does not do anything. I tried on several browsers. And it is very sneaky and "runs away" quickly, which makes it difficult to use. After I clck LOGIN it does Absolutely Nothing! And I am not logged into my Vodafone account. I am only logged into this Forum, but NOT to my cellphone vodafone account! Do you understand the situation? If not, give it to a person who understands technical support.

 

BRAZILIAN (Google translator), I can not find any school or even a book in Portugal (Azores) for English learners of Portuguese, so I am left to use this Brazilian translator tool made by Google, I hope you understand it. Why is Google ignoring Portugal and its original, beautiful language? I know that Brazilian is different from original Portuguese:

Eu entrei meu número de celular e senha, mas o formulário não reage de forma alguma. Não faz nada. Eu tentei em vários navegadores. E é muito sorrateiro e "foge" rapidamente, o que dificulta o uso. Depois que eu acertar LOGIN faz Absolutamente Nada! E não estou logado na minha conta do Vodafone. Eu só loguei neste Fórum, mas NÃO na minha conta de vodafone do celular! Você entende a situação? Caso contrário, dê a uma pessoa que entenda suporte técnico.

Use Vodafone's chat, click me, might be easier for you to communicate and quicker to solve your issue.

I think everyone speaks the basic english so there's no need to use a translation.

Parts of the message might be lost or misunderstood in automatic translations Piscadela do Smiley

PS: Brazilian is not a language, it's still portuguese. Most differences are in how we pronounce words so it won't differ a lot.

Tried to login and keep getting this message that my phone was blocked:

Para proceder ao desbloqueio, envie um SMS para o 1551 com a palavra PASS, para que seja enviada nova password.

It says to do something, but having lost a lot of money to code-injector-thieves, I don't want to call anything or send more money at Vodafone.

Do I send an SMS message to or for 1551, so I send PASS to it? But how do I do that? I found "To:" field and entered 1551 to it, but there is no option to have a text field to enter PASS into it.

What's your phone?
Try to type the message, PASS, and then send it to 1551.

Thanks. I will try that chat. Half of the people in the Azores I gave Google Translation to, they said there are words they can't understand and one guy asked me what i was talking about, he said this is BRAZILEIRO. They said it is not caminhão but carrinha and not caminhão but camião. I felt guilty. And one guy after I attempted to speak Portuguese and ordered "two" postcards in a tourist shop by saying "DOS POR FAVOR" he scremaed at me: "YOU ARE SPEAKING SPANISH!". That made me very careful to ever try to speak Portuguese again. Yet I do try, and people usually after a small language torture session they switch to English :-)
