I am trying to use a wifi to LAN bridge with Mikrotik to Vodafon IPTV box from Motorola Arris model VIP2262ESL but whatever configuration I create the IPTV works for a while and after stops?! is there a way to make it work?

Good afternoon,
I would like to reiterate that I have also been a Vodafone customer since 2018 (the date fiber optics began to be rolled out in the region where I live) and, unfortunately, I can confirm that the use of a personal router (bridge mode or direct public IP) is still exclusive to corporate customers with a company CNPJ.
I recently tried to activate this feature through customer support and, after several attempts and clarifications, I was informed that the personal router add-on is only available for corporate accounts, without exception — which I consider a major limitation for more advanced users.
It is frustrating to see this option blocked for residential customers, when other operators (such as MEO or NOS) already allow this configuration without complications. I have my own equipment ready and I just wanted to be able to use it with complete freedom.
Unfortunately, if this limitation persists, I will be forced to consider changing operators at the end of my loyalty period, which I deeply regret after so many years as a satisfied customer.
