I would like to upgrade my internet package

I am a an existing customer with TV / Net / Voz, and would like to upgrade to 1Gbps internet.

Unfortunately my Portuguese is not very good yet, so could someone please contact me, to discuss this in English...

I have already tried by telephone, several times, but no progress.

 yes I have already tried that twice... there was no one available to speak English who could actually perform the upgrade....

I was contacted by Vodafone, who arranged the upgrade without problem. Speed tests are 930Mbit / 212 Mbit.
