I hereby formalize the return of the Vodafone Wi-Fi modem. The device was returned on 07July2024, as proven by the following
Despite returning the equipment, I continue to receive monthly invoices related to this service. Such a situation is quite surprising and inconvenient.
I therefore request an urgent investigation into what happened and the immediate suspension of the collection of invoices relating to the returned Wi-Fi modem.
