Can't receive sms while Roaming

Hello,

I have a problem receiving bank sms while abroad (Georgia). I receive Vodafone sms messages, but not others. I'm using Vodafone direct, but before I had prepaid plan too.

I think there is some kind of restriction, but can't find in MyVodafone app.

Can someone help me with that please?  it's really important.
