I'm sitting inside the train station in Santa Apolonia. I barely have gotten the speed to upload some important files to Mega cloud. What's wrong with Vodafone in Portugal?

I’ve been using my Vodafone SIM in my Honor Magic 6 Lite, which supports 5G, and I’ve noticed it gets good speeds in areas like Marquês de Pombal, Amoreiras, and Cais do Sodré. But it’s strange—I can’t get any internet connection at all when I’m at the Santa Apolónia metro station. It’s hard to believe Vodafone’s claim that there are no network issues in that area!!

In order for us to check more details about the network and to report this internally, please send us your Vodafone customer details by private message.
