I have spoken on the telphone to Vodafone about renewing my contract.
They have emailed me confirmation of the renewal and price.
I asked them to send by email the contract, same as one year ago.
Now they want me to call 16911 to confirm everything. Why?
I speak English - I cannot understand the fast phone messages.
When I get someone, they do not speak English and I must call again and again.
I spend hours and hours trying this - how can I confirm my renewal in an easier way?

You will need to contact our toll-free number 16911. When calling 16911, you must choose option 1 or 2 of the IVR.
