To resolve the issue, we first recommend that you visit your nearest Vodafone shop to have your device and SIM card tested. For a more technical analysis of the situation, it is advisable to go to one of the shops with a Technical Assistance service available.
If you are not in a locality with a Technical Assistance service or cannot travel to one of our shops, we also offer a Postal Technical Assistance service. This service is free of charge and can be activated at CTT post offices. The repaired equipment will be delivered to the address you specify.
