Hi,
Yesterday I asked a vodafone store to change my tariff from Vodafone You to Vodafone Yorn. I gave them the proof of my enrollment in university and my residence card. Today I got an SMS that said send "SIM" to confirm the process of changing the tariff but when I sent Sim it said some error occured and send it again, but it seems it is an infinit process because it again and again and again sent me the same message.
Please help with this problem.
