No internet!! Red LOS light flashing

Can anyone help as the contact to Vodafone is not exactly fast😔 been out since yesterday and cannot fix it... tried the normal reboot are...

The 5 digit support telephone number does not work from my phone.... is there another number I can call for technical support?
