Received different value in fatura than contracted value

Hi,

I made tv net voz + 2movel contract with vodafone in sep 2025 for the value xx. So far it is going well. But this month my fatura has increased value than the contracted one. In the detailed invoice there is no additional charges. Why this is happening?

According to the communication sent to customers via their November invoice, prices were updated on January 9 by 2.3%, as provided for in the terms of their contract.

 

This update is based on the inflation rate for 2025, in accordance with Clause F.2 of the General Conditions, which provides for a price review in the first quarter of each year, using the Consumer Price Index for the previous year as a reference.
