Hi. I am currently out of the country and due to exigent circumstances, I could not make the last monthly service fee. Now my line is disconnected and I cannot access my app to make the payment by card. So, I need to make the payment through net banking and for that I need the "Entity" and "Reference" numbers. How can I get them?

To obtain the payment details for your invoice, you can: call 911 691 200 or send your NIF or Vodafone account number to one of the moderators by private message. Just click on our profile and choose "Send a private message".
